Through Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), self-help groups, and capacity-building initiatives, we are empowering women to become entrepreneurs, decision-makers, and leaders within their communities. By promoting financial inclusion, enterprise development, and collective action, we are creating opportunities that lead to long-term social and economic transformation.Recognizing the growing challenges of climate change, SOOVA actively promotes climate-smart agriculture, agroforestry, sustainable land management, and ecosystem restoration. Our plantation and carbon credit initiatives not only contribute to environmental conservation but also create additional income opportunities for farming communities while supporting global climate action. Village development is central to everything we do. We work closely with communities, government institutions, development partners, and private sector organizations to improve livelihoods, strengthen local institutions, and build resilient rural economies. Our integrated approach combines sustainable agriculture, livestock development, natural resource management, entrepreneurship, and community participation to ensure inclusive and lasting impact.
